- Equality and Diversity – Athena SWAN Scheme. The Equality Challenge Unit’s scheme has expanded rapidly in recent years. Our expertise has developed through work on numerous departmental and institutional submissions from Bronze to Gold Levels. David has chaired National Assessment Panels for the Equality Challenge Unit for a number of years, covering many disciplines.
- Apprenticeships and Staff Development. David has led the development of apprenticeship training for more than decade, from workgroup to institutional level. He has expertise in evaluating current and future needs, and forming realistic options for development.
